Agreement
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mobo Devs regarding your access to and use of the Wame X mobile application (also known as Wamex: Recover Deleted Messages / Wame X: Notification Vault, Package Name: com.mobodev.apps.wamex).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Wame X, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and will use the app strictly in accordance with applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the application.
Permitted Personal Use
2. Description of Application & Permitted Personal Use
Wame X is a personal productivity and archiving utility that operates locally on your Android device. It captures incoming status bar alerts from supported messaging applications (such as WhatsApp™ and WhatsApp Business™) and indexes them in a local, encrypted database.
All message logs, media attachments, and encryption keys remain exclusively on your physical device. Wame X does not transmit, back up, or sync your communications to remote servers.
Trademark Notice
3. Strict Non-Affiliation & Trademark Disclaimer
Wame X is an independent application developed by Mobo Devs. Wame X is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
The names "WhatsApp" and "WhatsApp Business", as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use in Wame X is strictly for descriptive compatibility purposes under nominative fair use.
Operating Requirements
4. Operating Requirements & Technical Limitations
You acknowledge that Wame X operates within the technical constraints of the Android operating system and third-party messaging services:

Acceptable Use
5. Prohibited Uses & Anti-Surveillance Policy
Wame X must NEVER be used to spy on, stalk, or secretly monitor third parties without their explicit consent. Installing Wame X on a device you do not own or control is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
- Use the Application in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international wiretapping, eavesdropping, or privacy laws.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or tamper with the binary code, cryptographic security, or AdMob advertising subsystem.
- Bypass or attempt to defeat the in-app App Lock, biometric security, or encryption mechanisms.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application without express written authorization.
Intellectual Property
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in Wame X—including its source code, design, icons, and branding—are the exclusive property of Mobo Devs. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal Android device solely for non-commercial purposes.
Advertising
7. In-App Advertising
Wame X is supported by mobile advertisements provided by Google AdMob (including banners, native in-feed ads, milestone interstitials, app-open ads, and voluntary rewarded video ads). You can optionally watch a rewarded video ad to receive temporary ad-free sessions (4 hours per view). Mobo Devs does not endorse any products or services displayed in third-party advertisements.
Warranty Disclaimer
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
WAME X IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT WAME X WILL CAPTURE 100% OF DELETED MESSAGES, PHOTOS, OR VOICE NOTES, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE UNDER ALL OPERATING CONDITIONS.
Liability Limitation
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBO DEVS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, MESSAGES, IMAGES, OR DEVICE ISSUES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) OR $10.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Termination & Law
10. Termination & Governing Law
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling Wame X. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobo Devs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
